It Takes Two

I wash my face every night. I drink a ridculous amount of water. I do (almost) all the right things, but my skin still falls into a rut. A day starts like any other...I wake up and get ready in the normal fashion. I get into my vehicle and do a quick mirror check in the natural light (ahem - ALWAYS do this), and to my horror I look as if I've only managed an hour of two of sleep!! So the nex

t morning I decide I must be rushing through my routine, and vow to be more considerate today. Unfortunately, no matter how meticulous I am in my make up application, I just look...dull. Tired. Worn down. That's when i kow it's time to give my skin a reboot. One tried and true way I have found to do this reboot is by using two glorious products: Dr. Dennis Gross 14 Day Challenge paired with Neutrogena Hydo -Boost.

After washing your face as normal, turn to your bundle of Dennis Gross goodies. Step 1 involves using a small medicated pad to refine the surface of your skin. You'll experience a light tingle as this step is a mild peel. *Wait 2 minutes* Step 2 involves another medicated pad that provides a deeper treatment but is actually more refreshing than tingly. *Wait 2 Mintues* Step 3: dispense a couple of drops of the retinol serum directly onto your face and lightly massage all over your face and neck.. *Wait 5 mintues* Step 4: Seal it all in with a thick layer of the Neutrogena Hydro-Boost.

Now of course there are always masks that can help you in a pinch, but this routine truly works deep into your skin to offer more long-lasting results. If your skin becomes unresponsive to your usual prodcuts, or, if you're just ready to shake up your routine, I recommend this 14 day fix!
